Centre Assistants (Full time, Part time & Weekenders)

We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic, hard working and customer focused Centre & Cafe Assistant to join our team with the day-to-day running of the Centre..
In order to be considered for the position you must:

• Have a “customer first” attitude
• Be able to communicate well with parents/guardians, kids and colleagues
• Be fun and positive environment for kids, parents and colleagues whilst remaining responsible and professional
• Be flexible
• Committed and dedicated

For full-time positions shift patterns working 5 out of 7 days a week will include weekend working and Bank Holidays. You will also need to be available to work during school holiday periods.

The Centre Assistants will cover a number of roles including:

• Reception and entrance meet and greet
• Serving customers within our Explorers' Café
• Party Planning
• Mascot (wearing)
• Ensure all operational standards are adhered to
• Liaise with kids, parents/ guardians and colleagues
• Maintenance and house keeping

Jungle Kingdom offers a safe way for a child’s physical, mental, social and emotional development. Stimulated through a variety of challenges and play areas they learn while they exercise, having fun and building their confidence and social skills.

Themed around a “Jungle” the centre has 3 distinct play areas as well as our Explorers' Café, seating area and party room.
